I need to convert teaspoons and tablespoons to milliliters... Help?

For my camp, I'm in charge of tie dye. And I need to add either 2, 4, or 8 teaspoons of dye mix depending on the colour. But the only tools I have for measuring are measured in milliliters. So for each individual one (2, 4, 8 tsp), could you tell me how many milliliters I need? And for the urea it says need 1 tablespoon of it. How many is that in milliliters? Thanks in advance!
