Vomiting at night!!!?

hi my 4 year old grl had the bug last week ( diarria and vomiting) this lasted for bout 3 days ... she is now over that but the last 2 nights she has been waking up vomiting orange oily (acidy) stuff .. shes perfect during the day its just at night ... and when she wakes up in the morning she has a ruuny poo .... cud anyone tell me wat this cud be ... thanks
