Is the Samy Fat Foam Permanent Hair Color actually permanent?

My hair right now is a natural medium-brown color. I think I'd be cool to dye my hair a blonde color. I'm just worried the blonde won't come out. I know some hair dyes completely wash out within a month. Does this hair dye do that?
