My hair is too boring! help me?!?

So I have very dark brown, almost black hair that comes very far down my back. It would be around and inch to an inch and a half past the back of my bra strap. I did have a full fringe but I'm growing it out so it's about at my cheek bones at the moment. I have a side parting to the right and its about a medium thickness. Can anybody give me any ideas about what to do with it because I really want to change it before i start college in september. Cuts, dyes, dip dyes etc. Any ideas welcome! Thanks :)
