Does this count as a first kiss?

Well last summer, I went to friends'(more than one person) house and their mom wasn't home and basically I played with my friend whose 13 and I'm 14 and I'm a grl (this is our current age) and we locked his door and watched tv..then I got cold and got under his bed sheets (he was sitting across the room on his brothers bed) and I knew he was gonna play around with me and joke around so he pinned me down and he was like I'm gonna kiss you and he started kissing my lips and then I was laughin and said stop and then he stuck his tongue in my mouth and basically french kissed me and I tried to get up and I knew I couldn't so I jus gave up and he frenched me for like 2 sec. I like the way it felt but I ddnt kiss him...he's a yr younger and way shorter so that's gross...I really hope it doesn't count..well anyways I need ur opinions
