Get Internet On Ipod via Wireless Laptop?

I have a 4th gen ipod touch and i have a toshiba laptop and i access the internet on it by using a mobile broadband grl usb stick. i want the internet on my ipod so can i somehow connect my ipod to my laptop by wifi and use the internet and if not how do i do it
