Ask her flat out what that's about. It is a little shady. Be blunt about it and just come right out and tell her that you told her your personal things and trusted her and all of a sudden she decides to act all shady about it. Just think of that confrontation like ripping off a band aid. Oh and if she does the same thing, just don't talk to her anymore and deny everything. :)
