you mean freckles? well, you can cover it up with make up. choose a nice face cream first, depending on your skin type. also, not all creams are good for make up. next, choose a nice foundation. preferably a water proof one. if you have oily skin and you still want to use a liquid foundation, go for a water based one. there is an amazing choice in the market. and remember, foundation can't be applied like a moisturizer. put dots of foundation on your face and neck and blend it in with your finger tips. or it will look caked up. use a little translucent face powder evenly on face and neck. brush the excess off with a soft make up brush. do not use talcum powder on face. now you can carry on with your make up... the freckles will look fainter at least. hope this helps!
